At Columbia, Frank joined the prestigious Beta Theta Pi fraternity, where he eventually became Vice-President. Every year, his fraternity brothers and he organized a blood donation drive to replenish New York’s blood banks and a food donation drive to help feed the homeless of New York City. Frank also helped the homeless have access to shelter. As a Coordinator for Project for the Homeless at Columbia University, Frank volunteered at the Next Step Men’s Shelter at the Stephen Wise Free Synagogue. During college, Frank conducted research in Condensed Matter Physics at the University of Delaware. Upon graduation, Frank brought his communication skills, economics knowledge, and quantitative analysis to the midtown Manhattan headquarters of the French multinational investment bank Société Générale as part of the sales and trading team, specializing in equity finance.
Starting as a private high school tutor who taught geometry, algebra, and calculus as well as the SATs, Frank has develop extensive educational experience throughout the years. His educational focus in physics, math, economics, and finance allows him to provide exceptional guidance for students who wish to pursue careers in these fields. Frank has worked with Chinese-American students to achieve, just last year, acceptances to Johns Hopkins University and Carnegie Mellon University. Both JHU and CMU are East Coast institutions of higher learning renowned for their science and engineering departments. Moreover, Frank enjoys writing and brings his passion for storytelling to inspire his students.
